Wich Characters did sudio deen (anime) screw up?

So wich character did the anime screw up compared with the manga ?
Tell me why?
Is it the skin colour?
The voice?
The hair?
The personality?

denmark
and norway..

for all three.. their voices are freaking me out.. and not in a good way.. and their faces are totally.. doohh.. D8 not cool and all.. D8

The Netherlands and Denmark as well.

Holland his voice is fine, he sounds bad ass enough! But his hair should
be less flashy! He was looking like a darn super saiyan! But the rest
is awesome.

Denmark, I don't know how he is because I never read the comics with
him included. (Probably because I aint interested in the nordics, except for sweden and maybe Finland)
He sounds so damn innocent and uncool, while he makes those teasing
comments! He should be more bad ass, like they show on the chibi drawings
made of him. And I am talking about his voice and his eyes.

And Seychelles looks stupid. Couldn't resist myself from adding that.

I mean, they make almost everyone wear pink!
Even Netherlands!
And Finland!

RUSSIA. I could rant about this all day.

1. his personality. Has Studio Deen rver met a Russian? Obviously not. He's too... Nondramatical.
2. His face. Russia's a huge place, and people have many different faces. Even though my dad looks a lot (Almost identicle) to him his eyes should be green and he should have more blonde hair. Or brown. He should be tanner, too. Tell me when I met a Russian with purple eyes:never.
3. The accent. He sounds jxxjdjfjjfj jckfjfjfjfckdjcfjfjv. I have an acceny and his is just obviously faked.
4. The boots. They should not fold over.

Well, I think the topicis kinda meant for the adaption of comic to anime, for many things were altered.
But it's interesting you criticise the original design as well.
In that case I'd have France with dark hair and blue eyes.
Netherlands is quite perfect, I meet him about...three times a day in the train and on the street. I swear to many Dutch men look a bit like him.

As for Russia, I suppose the purple eyes are a little artistic freedom anime takes. They actually have an idea behind them! Characters with Purple eyes are often mysterious and have a complicated personality, whereas characters with red eyes are often violent etc. In anime things can get a little unnatural, but there's a pattern in it.
(+ accent is only in the English dub... All accents are a little lame. Italy sounds like Mario. I much prefer the japanese original)

What I dislike is that they changed Lithuania's eyecolour from green to blue. I eman, why? His entire characterdesign has green elements. And suddenly they only change the eyes...

The eyes just kind of piss me off on Russia. XD I'm just trying to say id the fact that they're doing stereo types, why not do actual stereotypes?
