As Italy said, its a guy (which i dont get cuz everyone calls India "Mother India") Yeah so, I still am going to use /my/ India here because I have put so much into her, but I am rather upset at this development...

but well, Himaruya is working on making every country a character...So it's the risk with hetalia oc's.
Tough I'm pretty safe cause Frysia is a region-tan and the others are ancients.
