Ok! I got this from tumblr~ kinda.
It goes like this, You those a topic, then you add a list of the hetalia characters with your headcanons on that topic!
Easy as pie!
I'll make a template you can use with an example!

Sleeping Headcanons

America

America isn't to bad...Once asleep. It's the falling asleep that's terrible. As a kid he would constantly come back downstairs, having too much energy. The best thing to get him to sleep fast is play some exhaustiong game just after dinner, and then calm him down by reading to him and giving him warm milk. This remanied as an adult, he constantly gets out again to drink something, go to the bathroom, check if the door is locked, and often gets distracted on these ventures, ending up doing things like making late night sandwiches eating them in front of the tv, falling asleep there...
If he has someone sleeping with him he'll want to talk, and even if both decided that it's time to sleep now after a small while you hear 'hey, you know...' or when you think he's finally asleep you suddenly hear a chuckle and then 'hey you asleep yet? I just thought of something so funny! Repeat into eternity...

England

Eeeeh. Terrible, just Terrible. He's a very light sleeper, has bouts of insomnia, headaches that are caused by a lack of sleep that keep him asleep in some sort of vicious circle.
Eventually he is so worn out by this he just gets knocked out and sleeps like uncouncious.
Point is he is often tense and can't let things go even when asleep he's still bothered by them. You can actually pulse how happy he is on how well he sleeps, if there are a lot of things going on, he doesn't sleep, if all is well, he sleeps a lot better ( and smiles while doing so, it's heartwarming to see in comparision to perpetually knotted brows)
In the morning he isn't human untill he has at least two cups of tea in his system.

France

Charming as he sleeps! Like sleeping beauty. He's all grace and 'slightly parted lips'. Though if he doesn't sleep on his back he lightly snores, which embarasses him to no end. Rises without much problems only takes hours to 'fix himself up'. He makes up for that by making breakfast though, and even he doesn't cook it himself everyday but it's still really nice.


Russia

Russia is a clingy sleeper. Clings to his pillow when alone and when with someone else, he just automatically does so when asleep and it's imposible to pry yourself lose when he's got you, also he'll just get you again. It gets warm sometimes but it's actually nice and cuddley.
He does have sudden nightmares sometimes and if often very confused when he wakes up, like half asleep still.
Also he hates cold feet. If you are to sleep with him he'll rub them warm for half an hour first while chatting, or use a bed pan.

China

China is a furious dreamer and kicks and talks in his sleep. Sometimes you can actually hold conversations with him in his sleep. He's not all that nice to lie next to though.

Germany

Sleeps straight like a board. He softens however if there is someone next to him and sometimes even uncounciously holds them in his sleep in a protective way.
Is straight to his senses when woken up. sleeps deep but has a sixth sense for danger.

North Italy

Bed hogger! Will, sprawl, hog the covers, cling, talk in his sleep... When sleeping alone though nothing much happens, the prescence of an onther body though makes hime uncounciously a bit uncomfortable and he'll try best to react to that body each time he meets it at night.
So unless he's used to sleeping with someone, prepare to be kept up by him.
He doesn't snore but makes really peculiar sounds sometimes.
In the morning he goes straight for the loo and keeps it occupiedfor half an hour because he likes to do his waking up there. Sometimes he actually falls asleep again while he's in there...

South Italy

Very agreeable sleeper, but snores terribly. His morning pattern is similar to Veneciano's.
only he likes to have his cappucino before a lengthy toilet visit.
If you mention or complain about the snoring though, be prepared for a complete verbal flogging.

Spain

Likes to stay up late. Also likes to sing lullabye's, no matter what your age may be. He doesn't have many particulars save that he sleeps trough everything. Loud music, alarm clocks, fire, snoring...
He often oversleeps and often has rushed mornings.

Japan

Looks like he's dead when he sleeps, it's rather unsetteling and scary, until you poke him and he makes a really funny sound but doesn't wake up. Is otherwise plain in his routines.

Greece

Well we all know this one! Can sleep anywhere at anytime, however, often when he seems asleep he is actually just awaking thinking and contemplating with his eyes closed. Enjoying the peace and quiet of everyone not minding you because you're sleeping.

Lithuania

He doesn't sleep much, stress and big work loads often keep him up at night. When he does go to sleep he's out like a light and to exhausted to dream. Yet he uses this as well, because if he does dream he is prone to nightmares. He is rational enough not to mind them because they are often vague and just a terrible sensaion of terror. He does remember different days when he was maybe worrying a bit before going to sleep thinking to hard about this or that but never the shape it has taken now.
As to sleep next to, there is nothing special, he likes warmth and a cudle, it keeps the night terror at bay.

Poland

He tends to steal the sheets, but the problem is easilly solved by having two sepperate blankets. Tends to chat untill he gets tired and falls asleep.

Latvia

Unfortunately he has really bad nightmares. You can't really notice save for the trembling and a pained expression. If you keep him company until he falls asleep the nightmares are less likely to occur. He especially likes it if you stroke his underarm softly until he's asleep.

Estonia

who needs sleep if you have the internet? Estonia likes to lie in bed with his laptop, the comfortable warmth it gives and the slowely getting drowsy. He doesn't do much hard coding before sleeping, he just loafs around a bit.

Ukraine

Ukraine likes to sleep with a lot of pillows. She likes the support for her back pains and builds an entire heap to sleep a bit propped up. Her sleeping behaviour isn't very perculiar safe that she likes the sleep under a hand made patchwork breadspread that she is really attached to. She dislikes sleeping at hotels and beds that aren't her own because she made such a nice little nest out of it.

Belarus

Belarus is very different just before she goes to sleep. At night is when she starts to think, to doubt, it's when reality dawns upon her that she can't keep living this lie with Ivan. She's lonely and secretly just longs to wake up next to someone. That only happens if you are married so she chose to marry the person she loved most, trusted most. She needs a lot of things that comfort her, preferably things that remind her of her childhood or things that belonged to Ivan. Ukraine keeps giving her small gifts to keep her comfortable but she has mixed feelings about her sister. like a younger sister she feels like she just can't compete and that Ukraine is in many ways more likeable. She doesn't use the bread spreads, handmade pyjama's and teddy bears. She prefers to cling to the handkerchief Russia once lent her. If she holds it very tight and imagines their life together. ( 'good morning! Would you like some tea? Yes please! I love you, I love you to.) She can fall asleep smiling and even dream about that.
If she doesn't...If it's to dark to dream she cries herself to sleep.

Sweden

Very possesive sleeper. Be prepared to find yourself in an inescapable embrace when he hugs you.
He snores a bit but not obnoxiously. Sleeping with him is a bit like sleeping with a bear. A sweet hibernating bear at that. He's a little incoherent when tired and when he has just woken up but has no bad morning moods. He really dislikes being woken before time though and will be grumbly and really scary.

Eating habits and Cuisine Headcanons

America

No matter where he is, everything is good. Being brought up by England, he doesn't have any sense of taste, which doesn't stop him from eating humongous amounts of food, which brings him quite a few health problems. It is plain to see however he has a tendency to eat more fast food than anything else.

England

Having no sense of taste does have it's perks. He is able to eat everything, and think of everything as a first class meal. His own kitchen is quite poor in taste, though he has no idea about it what-so-ever, since he never listens to the opinions of others, especially that of France's.
If eating with him, you can be sure he will enjoy any meal you make, no matter how bad. But do be prepared to saying 'no' anytime he wants to offer you his own food, or if you agree, make sure to have a bathroom near you. You'll be needing it soon.

France

He has probably the divinest, most exclusive meals possible. He will only eat what he is sure is made by first class chefs, or by himself. He will never let himself be seen with a hamburger in hand. In fact, he loves food so much he has taken it to the next step - making a work of art out of it.
Dining at his place is a treat, for sure. And a very expensive one at that. With his work of art projects, each dish is unique in it's own way, and not very filling. The portions of the masterpeices, to look as beautiful as him, have to be small. Be prepared of ordering more than one dish, and paying the price of your time at his restaurants.

Russia

Not very needy, he'll be satisfacted with any food if needed. It is known however he has a soft spot for his Russian dumplings. He doesn't really mind what he eats, though when he does eat he won't share a bite, even if the person with him is starving. If his food gets stolen or eaten by another prson, he will intensly 'kol' until he is brought back his food, or have it bought for him again.
He isn't a very good companion though, since every now and then he will ask his famous question to you. And once you by mistake agree, there's no turning back.

China

His ways of eating are quite unusual, and are quite horrifying for people who have not seen him eat. He likes the taste of his own food most, which also consists of cats and dogs. He very much likes his food, but steps are being taken by other nations for him to stop his cat and dog eating.
Even though he is a very cheery nation to eat with, and quite talkative, you have to be very careful in what you are eating. Chances are, what you thought was chickne might actually be something else entirely.

Germany

Give him sausages and he'll be happy. For him, sausages are his life - there is nothing better than wurst. Or at least that's what he keeps saying. In reality, while nobody else notices, he quietly steps through the border to get some of Poland's sausages.
He isn't very good company, since everything he does has to have a set time. Go over the time limit, and you're dead. He also doesn't talk much while eating - he'll intensively look at you to make sure you are eating too.

North Italy

Pasta, pasta, pasta! Nothing better than pasta. Incredible, but it seems he never has enough of it. He can eat pasta all day long and have no stomach ache. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Germany - the poor nation's stomache seemed to protest at the very smell of Italy's cooking.
He is a very nice person to eat with. Very cheery, care free and optimistic, he'll quickly make any of your worries go away. Of course, while his company is very nice indeed, unless you're a pasta lover too be warned - after eating with him, the mere sight of pasta might make you turn green in the face.

South Italy

Being raised by Spain, he has a tendency to love both pasta and pizza. A very good cook, but has a very foul mouth. He also likes tomatoes. In fact, he ues tomatoes in nearly every meal.
Even though his meals are very good and might have been eaten with appetite, his foul words make it hard to find the will to start eating at all. This makes a commotion, since seeing you not eating makes him swear even more and louder, which only makes you feel worse. It is advisable to not dine with him, if possible.

Spain

Like Romano, loves pizza and tomatoes. Since he is so easy going, he starts cooking three hourse before he intended to eat to be able to make it on time.

Japan

He will not touch anything other than his food. He has a beleif it must taste horrible or it will make him sick, so he is sure to have some of his own fod with him. He is though trying to break through his beleifs to get to know the western culture also by the food.

Greece

Being even more easy going than Spain, to hurry things up he makes more salads than warm meals. He especially likes to use feta and olives in his salads. He has a tendency to start philosophizing at unexpected moments during eating, but it is actually quite interesting to listen to. His philosophical moments sometimes go hours on end, which is why he also falls asleep often while eating.

Lithuania

He likes his own food quite a lot, but constant stress makes it hard for him to focus on the stress. He eats quite a long time, since it takes him a while to get the fork to stop trembling enough in his hand to target it on his mouth. It is harder for him to eat especially when Russia's around. He enjoys good company which helps him eat properly.

Poland

Poland's cuisine is actually a lot of dishes from other cuisines put together, not only his own food. Being under the rule of other nations, he likes many things - Russia's dumplings, Hungary's sauerkraut-and-meat stew, and Germany's sausages. Many of these dishes however, he has changes to make them at least a bit different from the ones of other countries, to make him feel that it is his food. Mostly though, he likes to his won traditional food - wrapped meat slips, beef tongue, pork chop, beetroot soup and many others. Even though he pretends not to know about it, he knows Germany has a liking for his sausages. Also, being the country of apples, he has quite a lot of them at his home and eats them ith appetite.

Latvia

He enjoys eating his own food. He likes to eat with others though, since when alone he is quite scared of the possibility of Russia coming and stealing his food.

Estonia

He likes eating his food in peace and quiet. He is mostly fond of eating outside, enjoying the scenery and basically having quite a good time on his own. He doesn't mind though the company of others, and evenif he does he won't say a word.

Ukraine

Being a farm girl, she mostly eats things simple and easy to make. She doesn't spend much time on her food, just enough to ease her hunger and go back to work on the fields.

Belarus

No matter what it is, she will always copy Russia to become as much like him as possible. She eats mostly his food, and tries to eat in his company whenever she can. She isn't easily turned off, so she keeps enetering Russia's house without asking to eat dinner with him.

Sweden

Sweden enjoys to eat peacefully, without much noise. He can seem a bit scary when eating, especially if someone is with him. He will keep galncing at the person with him. He actually does this to check if the person likes his food, but it actually seems as if he was trying to kill the person with his eyes.

Finland

A mostly happy country, he likes tradition and eats mostly his food, but never says no if another country wants Finaldn to eat with him/her. The only person he doesn't agree to eating with is England, and is very scared when being asked to do so by Sweden. When alone, he'll be thinking what to buy for Christmas even if it is still many months away.

Norway

A bit mysterious, Norway likes to eat with the company of his troll and fairy. He won't argue f somebody else wants to join him, unless of course it's Denmark. On eating with him he won't agree to.

Denmark

Very cheery and optimistic, he loves to eat with others. He mostly would like to eat with Norway, but desn't know why the other doesn't want the same. He has a habit of telling others how to eat when they eat with him.

Canada
Having been brought up by France, he enjoys some of his cuisine. Unfortunately, he hardly ever eats with others, them having forgotten his existence or simply ignoring him. Although, everytime he makes himself a meal he lives with false hope someone will come to eat with him.

Netherlands

He doesn't mind eating with others, though he prefers eating alone. He always makes sure to have nothing out of place and eats very neatly. After eating, he likes to relax with a pipe on his favorite arm chair.

Austria

He beleives the best foor comes from music, so he always makes his food while listening to some classical music. When eating, he eats very slowly and precisely, and always makes sure no crumb what so ever has fallen off his plate.

Prussia

Mostly eating what his brother makes, he doesn't really worry himself with cuisine. When eating, he has a tendency to jab at his food like if he would have with a sword at his enemies.

Switzerland

He only eats food out of cheap products, unless it isn't him buying. He tells himself it is because he likes the cheaper food more, but it is plain to every one he is simply cheap. He isn't very sociable, so with Liechtenstein the only other country he actally cares about, he only eats with her of with no one.

Liechtenstein

Her eating habits and what she eats are always the same as those of Switzerland's. She tries to eat like him, for he is her role model she always tries to live up to. She never agrees to food her brother doesn't agree to, and agrees to what her brother agrees.

Cuba

He enjoys eating ice cream most, but other meals please him too. He likes to eat with Canada a lot, though on nearly every meeting with him beats the hell out of him thinking it's America.

Australia

A very cheery country, nothing can make his mood go down. Living on a island home far fom other countries except fro New Zealand and Wy, he had made his entirely new cuisine. In the Dreamtime he mostly ate kangaroo meat, but from the time other countries found an interest in him he eats many other things too.

Thailand

Can eat by himself or with others, on both occasions having painstakingly perfect manners. While with others, he will make a polite small talk. He mostly likes to eat his very sweet, very spicy or very hot meals, to which other countres are unaccustomed.

India

Very traditional, he likes eating his own food most. When eating, he especially takes notes on the taste rather than spending time thinking about manners.

Vietnam

A very shy country, she mostly eats alone. When others join her, they have the feeling that she doesn't want them there, since she doesn't know how to smile. However, she doesn't mind the presence of others and even enjoys spending time with them if she has gotten to know them well.

Rome

He doesn't mind what he eats, but who he eats with. He likes to have a large amount of women at his table, and after dinner takes the most beautiful one with him privately to his chambers.

Germania

He hates Romes eating habits, or rather after eating habits, but he keeps his mouth shut. While Rome is busy, he eats quietly on his own before going out to fight off any enemies while Rome is unable to do so.

Turkey

He enjoys eating with others, due to the fact he wants to befriend as many countries as possible. He likes to eat his food, but he doesn't mind. At the table, he sometimes contests with others on who will be the fastest to eat. If he isn't the one to win, the consequences can be quite hard to get through for the others, so they always eat extra slow for him not to get mad.

Korea

He likes mostly his own food, but he likes other cuisines as well. He eats extremely fast, and has the annoyin habit of talking with food in his mouth.
