Dear members, at first I'd like to apologize for this act,
I removed the previous announcement with the correct (OUTDATED) list of characters. But this one included so many characters of those who are no longer available and left the forum quite a while ago. I want to keep this a clear list for everyone to use. ALSO posting here means you have read the this post and agree with it.

List of agreements | Rules

Pick the characters you are most comfortable with. Picking characters you'd like to try out and such are also allowed in this list, but when you change your mind about these then I'd want you to inform me. That to keep this list up-to-date. Also when you lost your interests for Hetalia roleplaying and you wish to sign yourself off from this list, PM me about it. Do not lead the others into confusement. If you sign up for this list that means you allow the other members to contact you through either mail or PM about a possible roleplay. You are available by that, if you have too much roleplays on-going already tell the ones that are there to contact you with clear answers and maybe make a future appointment to contact this person when you do have space. Prussia: A pure sadist, one that does not allow anyone else to surpass him in any way possible. He wants to be the best and is willing to do everything to obtain that goal. During war scenes he has no respect for the others, only those that fight back with pure will and do not give up easily in defeat. A type to smirk often and to abuse the others. In 18+ roleplays he struggle and does not admit easily without a good and painful fight. [Extra: German sentences and words are included.]

Germany: Only available in Nazi colors. he is willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of his leader, loyal to no end. Willing to break those that stand against him. Unlike Prussia he will admit to mistakes, but is yet willing to work for it. He goes easier on those he like, but shall strike down on the enemy in a more merciless manner than Prussia. Russia: Very two sided, he talks and think both ways. He makes a kind display, but is thinking deeply about your demise. Deeply about the things he'll do to your roleplay character, mainly including pure violence and damage. Only to obtain his selfish goals; You. He shall make you become one by brutal force. England At first glance, he comes off as a complete stuck up Briton, who strives to be a proper gentleman and is polite and kind to everyone he thinks is worth it. He is known to be sarcastic and cynical. He who complains a lot. Though no matter how much he rants about something he can actually quite like it. Arthur’s character could be described as tsundere.

Arthur comes off as very harsh most of the time. He often times doesn’t mean it, but it takes some time for him to soften and open up to you. He has a hard time expressing his feelings and therefore doesn't like to talk about them.

He has a short temper and can easily be 'pissed off'. Especially when you make fun of him. He can get very defensive when you make fun of the things he loves and proud of.

Beneath the surface of this cynical, stuck up stubborn Brit lays a romanticist. Though he isn't good at being romantic. He's too shy and easily embarrassed to actually make a move towards the person he fancies.

France
Francis can be described as a charming person. He is someone you can hardly miss, with his flamboyant appearance he stands out. He cares a lot about his looks.

As the self proclaimed man of love, he is a real romanticist. He knows how to swoon a girl with the blink of an eye and make men grow weak in their legs. He doesn't care for gender and age. Okay, you can say he is a pervert. He has quite some wandering hands. As well as he has no shame at all. He isn't embarassed about his body and doesn't mind showing that to you. He's quite arrogant.

He does his best to cheer people up, in several ways, some which are rather questionable. He doesn't want to show anyone he's actually depressed and lonely inside.

Short description character(s):

Mongol Uls(Female) — This Mongolia was created when Chinggis Khaan united the wild nomad tribes in the area; she is the same tribe/nation that fled back to the small land (current and original Mongolia) when China (and many others) took down the large Mongol Empire, which is considered her “father”. She is the Mongol nation that was captured and imprison by the Qing Dynasty, and the country forward in time.

To strangers, Mongol Uls can seem brash, and short tempered, she's a straight forward type of girl that doesn't hold back her thoughts or feelings. She's painfully honest, and very mischievous, her actions and words can come off as either sarcastic or patronizing, but often times it's what she honestly feels, she hardly realized she's doing it. Mongol is more nomadic than urban, she lives in a Ger, and travels amongst her mountains like a true nomad.

Outside her country is where she's the most uncomfortable, so she can seem rigid, cold, and mean, but in her home land, she's very compassionate and caring to all, even enemies. She's highly charitable and would help anyone in need (she'll help even if they aren't in need...). Its surprisingly easy to take advantage of her hospitality, and it's difficult for her to spot a conman.

Mongol enjoys being in control, more of her self than of others, and though she won't make a fuss (depending on the country) she'll ignore any advice she doesn't care for and continue to live how she believes. Mongol feels that her only provider is herself, and that she needs no one else to take care of her, mainly because she has yet to find someone as powerful and wise as her father, the late Mongol Empire, who she believes taught her all she needs to know in life; despite people's hatred towards him, she still highly respect her father.

Mongol Empire(Male) — This is Mongolia when it first became a country, it is the Mongolia that created the Mongol Empire, and is also the nation that fell when the masses revolted. This Mongolia is very much like Rome, it became a large country, then disappeared when the empire fell; this character is only available during the year 1502 and back, in the future, he is deceased.

A wild man, he is the pure definition of a mountain brute, yet there is an odd sophistication to him, an eery intelligence that not many would expect. Mongol Empire is as blunt as one can get, he'll say whatever is on his mind, and no feelings are spared when he opens his mouth, he's rather cocky, but not in a boastful way, his actions are full of himself, but he just seems so honest and sure of his words, it can make one wonder; he's an extremely condescending man, and speaks as if he's above everyone, he truly believes he is King of the World. Mongol Empire doesn't fear speaking his mind and hurting feelings, because there is no one who can tell him otherwise; no one to reprimand his bad behavior, so why stop?

Mongol Empire is sadistic, but he doesn't have a sadist's personality; it's not that he likes to cause pain and torture people (not that he hates it either...), he will just do any and everything he can to show his dominance and get what he wants. He's like a rich man who has never been denied anything (and if he has, he still managed to get it in the end, anyways), but unlike most rich men, he's “New Money” as he acquired his wealth with his own blood and sweat, placing him a step higher than most spoiled people.

Veneziano :

Lots of people tends to forget that Veneziano is only the northern part of Italy, taking him for the whole Italy. He can be described as a happy-go-lucky person... Or someone more than stupid.

He has a bad habit to coward in fear at every things that scares him off, usually rushing into his current protector or friend to get some help. For the ones that know him personally, he's useless; he can't tie his shoelaces alone, clumsy as hell, etc... Most of all, he cry for nothing and is a gourmet. He have one habit, but no one can tell if it's a good or a bad one - he makes pasta all the time. Speaking of which, some can wonder if he's a pasta-addict.

Romano :

Lots of people tends to forget that Romano is also Italy, usually taking him for 'Italy's brother'. He can be described as a grumpy person.

He has a bad habit to coward in fear at every things that scares him off, usually lying about his emotional state, and reject the fault on others. He's a bit protective of his little brother, but again, his stubborn attitude hide that. For the ones that know him personally, he's useless; he's a coward, clumsy as hell, etc... Most of all, he always had a potty mouth, and have a weakness for food, he's always seen with a random piece of food in his hands.

Italy :

'Italy' is basically Veneziano and Romano together, but with a slightly different back story.

They were raised in a dark way, and if their behavior seems to stay the same, it's not. It's only a cover, a surface. They're good liars and actors. They only trust each others. They act as cowards, but if you trigger their anger, they let the mask fall, revealing their mafiosi side, deadly good with every weapons. They act as always-flirting guys, but it's only to assure that they still are recognized. If you look under their mask, they're shy and insecure. Unfortunately, it's hard to see trough this mask. And even harder to make them let it go by 'love'.

The only way to know that they're lying is through something that they 'always' did; Veneziano's "Ve~" and Romano's potty mouth.

Short description character(s) - Well, not that short, but here's what I've got so far.

North Korea (Primarily Female, can be Male if RP calls for it) - North Korea considers herself older than the South by virtue of the fact that the oldest civillization on the peninsula formed in his place. Originally happy to coexist with her brother, she's always been the quieter of the siblings. Even if they squabbled every now and again about whose current dynasty was better, when push came to shove she stood with her brother.

The changing of dynasties over the years made her adept at rolling with the punches and adapting to whoever was in charge. None of this changed her personality all that much; she remained a shy and introverted girl who loved music and culture, and who was surprisingly tough in a fight. It's always been hard for her to get to know people, though once she does North Korea tends to form ties with them that are in the end fairly strong. China's part in raising the Koreas created a lasting impression on North Korea, though things have gotten a bit more complicated. She's been much like an overprotective big sister with South Korea, getting suspicious of the intentions of anyone trying to get close to him. Living in a somewhat isolated area and constantly under the thumb of others to varying degrees has ensured she's never been quite adept at dealing with others. If she feels threatened she's not afraid to threaten extreme action in response.

She has strong opinions about what is right and wrong, and if pressed will voice them swiftly. North Korea would much rather live peacefully with others, preferably with South Korea back in the same house; it's just that she tends to overreact to things. At heart she's actually quite hospitable and friendly. Under her current bosses she's come to see herself as victimized, and that her dear brother has been wrested from her. This made her more militant, but reclusive after an attempt to forcefully get her brother to move in was turned back by America. Since then she's done her best to keep most others at arm's length, though being poor as she is, she regularly needs their help. Normally she gets the attention of others by throwing things at them. Not polite, but it is effective to a degree.

Ultimately North Korea really does want to make friends, but it's painfully hard for her under most circumstances. She's slow to trust and even once she's made a friend (like China) she constantly fears that they'll abandon her. Due to this she's determined to do things her way, regardless of if her way makes any rational sense at all. Usually her plans turn out to be complete failures, at which point she's forced to ask for help again. Deep down she still clings to the dream of being a family with South Korea again, and does care a lot for him even though she constantly threatens him.

Slovakia (Female) - Slovakia has been a part of a good number of empires and kingdoms, and has always tried her best to fit in with whomever's house she lives in. Not unlike Hungary, she was a tomboy as a child and it was just kind of assumed she was a guy. As the different heads of household came and went she's stayed on reasonably good terms with all of them. To her they're all still friends, even if they don't share the same house any longer. Once it was discovered that, "Hey wait a minute, Slovakia's a GIRL!", attempts were made at making her more ladylike. Those didn't end well, especially since she took after Hungary's more masculine side among other things.

She's hardly charming in the conventional, ladlylike sense of the word though. Slovakia is reknown for being severely blunt and matter-of-fact about things, perhaps not understanding the meaning of the word subtle at all. Her time living in Austria's place rubbed off on her his spendthrift nature. It's not uncommon for her to put things off or do things cheaply in the interest of saving money, though she always seems to have enough money for everything she wants. Despite her gruff tomboy exterior she's actually fairly intellectual and loves the game of chess.

After yet another big fight between the larger nations, it was somehow decided that she and Czech Republic were brother and sister and therefore should live under one roof. Slovakia mentioned repeatedly that they looked nothing alike, but no one really cared. Rather than fight it Slovakia just went with it and tried her best to be a good sister; she didn't mind it much when Czech tended to tell her what to do, expecting it to just get done. After a brief period spent on her own - at Germany's insistance - she moved back in with her surrogate brother and tried to fit in once again. That didn't work out and eventually the two sat down to discuss the matter, deciding in the end that she would move out and be her own country.

Slovakia has since been happy to do her own thing, living as she always has and occasionally annoying her neighbors. Since moving out she's become a bit more cheerful even if she is still as cavalier as ever. Getting along with everyone is important to her but not at the expense of conforming as much to their guidelines as she's done in the past.

May add Mexico back to my list... and just realized that North Korea and Slovakia here both have similar backgrounds. One's just more sure of her identity and more nuts.

S.Italy - > Romano/Lovino Vargas

As well as being always the ignored child, Lovino doesn't like to be called one. He loves playing video games alone, even though he still wants to have someone beside him.
This potty mouthed italian cannot take back anything he's said when he's really angry or pissed off, until someone really makes him to forget about everything. He appears to love having sex with anyone, though love towards Spain is the toughest one. Boy just need to calm himself down to get some comfort from other people when his lover is on a trip. S.Italy can be called a little bit slut when this happens.

Fear and shyness is one of Lovino's personalities,but still he tries to hide those, it's almost impossible when something really tragic or scary happens. No one wants to see him crying.



N.Italy -> Feliciano Vargas

This little sweet child gives anything to keep people happy, he cannot hate anyone. Still inside his head when boy is having a sad moment, he tries to calm himself down by crying alone in a room so no one wouldn't notice it. Not going insane though.
Feliciano's best moments are often with Germany or his brother Prussia. He just can't forget those hot germans around him. It makes him more and more happy.

Italian loves his big brother as well as Germany, even though his fratello often tried to shush him away from those potato bastards.



Spain - > Antonio Fernandez Carriedo

Knewn as a stupid Spaniard with sun smile. No one can't beat his smiling. He won't get sad easily, because of his many years of living. All those horrible years of war had got his serious glance away which has gotten him as a friendly and hot looking person, he loves tomatoes and Lovino from all of his heart and it cannot be changed ever.
No one else is allowed to call his Lovino as "Lovi" or touch him in any perverted way, those are the only orders which would make Toni unhappy.
Whine being drunk, Antonio would do anything with anyone.

Poland

Poland is quite a cheery country. He loves having fun, and hates being bored; of course, his thoughts of fun are extreme: from painting his house a hot pink to stealing vodka from Russia. He's quite naive, always certain he'll have lots of help from his friends, but then sulking a bit when it doesn't come. He is stubborn, and quite selfish, but he does have his caring moments. He can never be trully beat, since he will rise from the ashes. He loves his ponies and tries to rule everyone that comes his way (but it never turns out well). He loves spending time with his best friends and doing fun things with them.

[I may add Polish words into RP's, but I'll always be sure to give a translation at the bottom.]

Australia

Australia is probably one of the cheeriest nations ever. He can't be brought down by anyone else, and is constantly happy. He loves extreme sports, or even sports which seem normal, but which he can turn extreme (for example swimming over 30 km). He likes to try and pull others to his extreme sports, as well. He also loves handling his dangerous and odd animals, which he has plenty. He is a born optimist and always willing to help. He can be stubborn - when about the activites to do with others - but he is very caring as well. He is very spontaneous and loves the sun and the ocean. Sometimes people don't understand him because of his strong australian accent, and of his slang.

Colombia: A tall, normally nice Latin American, he suffers fom Bipolar Trastorn, he can be happy, and all of sudden go depressive, he also has Maniac fases (hyper and violent) and depressive fases (well, no explanation needed) otherwise he is a very nice, caring guy, in the physical part, he has brown eyes, black hair, and has a uniform similar to England's on WW2..

Kyivan Rus': Vladimir is a Family man, and a merchant, prefferring to trade rather than to fight, he is still disposed to do anything to defend his family, a rich and strong man, he his Tall, has long blonde hair, blue eyes, and is seen often in chainmail...

Venezuela (Alternate): Maria Wesler, is a mysterious nation, raised by Austria and Bavaria, and separeted from her siblings, she is shy, and somewhat awkward, has long brown hair, blue eyes and tanned skin, being an alternate universe German Colony, that is her main language

CSA: in an alternate universe, the South got a crushing victory at the Civil War, with Alfred back at England's house, she is who took his place, however, she is not as strong as he is, and lately she would rather go and drink something to fight in a war...
