Straight hentai, eh? I'm not terribly experienced in writing hentai, but I can give it a shot again. What I can offer for that would be North Korea or Bavaria, both female OCs who have some sort of relationship with Prussia. Bavaria because they were the two main rivals for unifying Germany, and all that. North Korea because if Prussia is counted as East Germany in the Soviet Bloc, they would've been running in the same circles. That and people don't really hang out with either of them that much for varying reasons.
