Before, around here, everyone was always complaining how it was annoying that it was cold, that is was raining, etc. But now, they only are complaining about the heat. What do we want, exactly ? It's like grumpy old men, always complaining about something x)

Anyway~ It's awfully hot in Lithuania, and, I mean, 20C is overkill to me, and it's like 30C now, and it's been like that for a few weeks. I wish I could transform my room into a pool...

Oh, btw, guess who's learning to drive a car~~~ Even though it's scary. A lot. I mean, I have only two feet, and there are three pedals. I need way more limbs (and eyes, if we're at it) to drive manual successfully. Though I ain't giving up on trying to master manual - when a girl drives it, it's sexy. Very, very, very, very, very, very, very sexy.

How's everyone been doing so far? Any sunburns? Heat strokes? Anything exciting happen in anyone's life? I wanna know everything~

Heh, I'll have to learn how to drive soon, even though I hate cars. I usually go by foot to a point or another, but, for the very few time where I had to take a car, it sure was useful... :/

I've been doing fine ^^ Better, at least. I got annoyed recently as one of the text I sent to a contest didn't even pass the selection. I mean, the commentary I got was kinda positive, but I got pissed at the 'Lack of originality'. I could understand the "It's too dark", thingy, or even the "It's more akin to a poem than a story."

Yeah. I finished one of my stories on FF.net ~ I might translate it to English, when I'll get the time :3 I need to finish a OS by tonight and plan the next chapter of Don't judge a book by its cover <3

Oh, and I'm going to learn how to do Parkour, because it's epic.

I get that feeling too, haha. What's funny is in Cracow it rains most of the time, but in Sopot (where I've recently been), on the other side of Poland, it's burning hot, closer to 30C each day. Good thing the town is by the sea, though. That was a nice cooling. But hey! At least you got some tans, right?

Woah! Looks like everyone I know is getting a driver's license! Good for you!
Haha, of course, Gil-chan's main motive of driving a manual - to look good. xD

As for me, I luckily didn't get any heat strokes, I got a few sun burns, unfortunately, but I've tanned a lot. And I mean, a lot.
For some time now I've been completely and utterly addicted to Attack on Titan, or more specifically, one person in Attack on Titan (*cough*Levi*cough*), where my addiciton reached the point of me writiung a fanfiction with that certain person as the main character.
I have found a summer job to get experience needded that the university requires, and that is working at a "horse farm", you could say. I spent almost the entire day by horses, tending them and the stalls. Unfortunately, the place has kid workshops, and about twenty little brats roll around by my feet each day. What is more, I have been assigned to keeping an eye on the miniature devils. And I'm not even getting paid -.-
My paid job, though, is a lot more peaceful. I tend a certain lady's garden, and earn a whopping 10 zl an hour. It's hard, manual work, but it's satisfying and a relief from the kids.
After the entire day of work - first at the "horse farm", and then in the garden, I return exhausted, so I don't really have time for 'pursuing my hobbies' or 'deepening my knowledge' as my teachers hoped we would do on our last summer of high school. I am trying to summarize my biology a bit, though. Since the exams are next year... Not that I'm stressed or anything. Nope.
I am just dying from terror and nightmares of failing.

But enough about me. For now. xD

Since it's been dead silent for some time here I decided to get online and check this forum less. I hope to rp with somebody again in the future. I got a lot of time consuming grown-up things to do and am busy with some other hobby's as well (painting, bjd's, making costume's, tabletop rp).
I just don't feel like checking an on empty forum twice a week and get dissapointed nothing is happening at all; no pictures, no fanfics, no cosplay, no rp, no random chat, nothing... I guess everybody is superbusy with school so no hard feelings. I just felt like clearing out why I'll login less then I used to from now on.

Everybody's been busy. I have hardly enough time, either, with my exams n all. They're still a while away, but still... Brr.

I'm sorry about your friend... But I don't think such a tragedy is something you can move on from so quickly. Yet we're here for you! In any way we can, we'll help you out, Loki-chan! *hugs tightly*

I've been fine, other than the exams heading my way. Though May is still a long way away. (Rhymes. Why rhymes? Apparently I'm stuck with them once again. <----- darn it!)

I have been doing some work over the summer, and some volunteer work to have references for my studies... Oh, and I'm almost certain by now that I will NOT be accepted into Vet Studies, which means I have to start searching for other studies... Yeah.

Other than that, everything's fine. My love for Hetalia as been somehwat overshadowed by Attack on Titan, though... (*cough*Levi'sdoing*cough*) But I still enjoy roleplaying for Hetalia! I think it's the best anime to roleplay for it has a wide variety of different characters anyone can identify with, after all~ And all those cultural references! *.*

Yes, yes, YES for Christmas. I am so totally IN. Like, totally.

I'll certainly try to be more active, even though it can become difficult. The blocus (Imma to die) is coming right in my way and let's say I haven't been the most attentive in class, though I could grasp some pretty interesting stuff here and there. (For example, I have an Italian test in less than 2 hours and... I know nothing of it! *I'm doomed :searchingitaly: *)

Why couldn't you do the studies you wish for ? It's... weird. If you want to do something, do it with all your might ! Everything's possible, I'm sure of it ! How does the studies work in Poland, I mean, is there a study for every specific job ? Here in Belgium, if you want to work in publishing house for example, you'll have to do classes in a study that can lead you to be teacher, journalist, linguist, translator, publisher, ... And within the first year you have lessons that are given to the whole group of the faculty. All the historians, latinistes (those who study Latin), philosopher, archaeologist, germanistes (those who study a language such as English, German, Dutch, ...), romanistes ( those who study romance language [ French grammar... uuuh :scaredlatvia: ] ), etc... Are labelled as the 'FIAL' group, which stands for Philosophie, Art & Lettres ( Do I need to translate ?

) And have lessons such as Historical Foundation ( A short for "Historical Foundation of the occidental's Civilization of Antiquity, Middle Age and Modern Times" ), Compared Literature ( also a short for "Compared approach of European literature" ), Art & Civilization ( Archaeology, Art's history and Musicology) and Latin.

At the end of last year ( scholar year ), my love for Hetalia had diminished a little bit, but it came back full power with the lessons I told you a little bit before. I learned stuff like How the hell Renaissance happened, and lemme tell you that N. Italy is quite the greedy person ~

Yeay ! I've taken what's needed to make letters from home so I can do that when the time will show up ! And I prefer to do it as soon as I can, 'cause the blocus is in less than three weeks now, and I still have two books to finish for compared literature, a whole synthesis of all my historical foundation course... And Latin... and Italian... and that stupid synthesis I have to do for another course x_x

Nope. Our exams are in May. And May is a long way away.

Well, I could, but it's extremely hard to get in. Of course I'll try my best, but my best seems not to be enough.
As for studies, well, yes. It all depends on what you want to do. For example, after Medical studies you can't become a veterinarian - you need Veterinary Studies for that. And after Medical Studies before you can really work you have to make your specialization, that can take a few more years. You can't become a journalist after taking the Polish Language study, after that you can either become a specialist in the Polish language or a Polish teacher.
Wow! Interesting system you have there. Also, I first read FIAL as FAIL.... Way to go, Weronika... xD

Haha, well then, it seems you're ready to roleplay~! And why is N.Italy greedy?
