Hungary snuggled into his chest and fell asleep in his arms, content and peaceful.

Prussia later woke up five hours after falling asleep. He looked over at Hungary to find her still asleep. He kissed her cheek and layed there, letting her sleep.

Hungary had a nice dream of hunting, when a familiar nightmare suddenly slipped in. A frown appeared on her sleeping face as she made a whimper and shivered.

Prussia noticed Hungary's suddenly unhappiness. He quickly wrapped his arms around her and kissed her forehead, slowly rocking her back and forth to comfort her. "Hungary, please calm down. It's alright. I'm right here."

Hungary made a sound that sounded half like a sob, but it was clearly bitten back. Slowly, she woke up and kept her eyes focused on whatever was in front of her, clearly not yet completely awake and deep in thought in her own world.

Prussia smiled at the now awake Hungary. "Hey, it looked like you were having a bad dream. What's wrong?" He kissed her cheek and brushed the hair from her face.

"Eeh... just some dreams about the past. People trying to conquer me and wanting weird things from me when they figured out I was a girl.. and not a boy as I thought I was..." She sighed softly and looked up to Prussia, holding onto him tightly and smiling softly.

"I know.." She said with a soft sigh. "But that is just it.. I am strong.. but I am not sure if I am strong enough to protect myself.. and that frustrates me so much."
