Alejandro looked at the port, the year was 1886, and the rebelion in the orinoco had ended, you see, some years ago, the european powers divided central and south america among them, and Colombia was to be broken up and given to different nations, so the colombian government asked for russian protection... now , a rebelion to avoid some russian customs had succeded and a constitution written by the Colombian Congress was on it's way to the Tzar and Russia herself... along with the south american nation...
