Plot: Sealand is visiting Russia in hopes that it will help his chances of becoming a country.

Sealand was swinging his legs back forth sitting on a chair outside of Russia's office. Since Russia was the only one to acknowledge Sealand at the last World Conference, he had decided to visit him.
